This website is operated by Northline Distribution OÜ (“Northline Distribution”, “Northline”, “we”, “us” or “our”), registered in Estonia under registry code 17528403. Our registered office is Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia.

These Terms govern use of northlinedistribution.com and the information and enquiry services available through it.

The website is intended for businesses exploring wholesale gas supply or private-label services. It is not an online shop for consumer purchases.

Order quantities and product availability are confirmed individually based on the product, format and destination. Smaller businesses are welcome to enquire.

Website content is provided for general information. Product descriptions, images, specifications, certifications, availability and delivery information may change and may not apply to every product or destination.

A product’s grade, cylinder or packaging format, applicable documentation, destination availability and other order requirements will be confirmed in the relevant written quote or supply agreement. Do not rely on general website content as a substitute for product-specific documentation or safety instructions.

Submitting an enquiry or quote request does not place an order or require Northline to accept one.

A quote will state its validity period and any conditions for acceptance. A sale contract is formed only when Northline confirms the order in writing or when the parties accept another written supply agreement, as specified in the quote.

Northline may decline or revise a proposed order before written acceptance if, for example, the product is unavailable, the destination cannot be served, or the proposed supply cannot meet applicable requirements.

The applicable price, currency, taxes, duties, freight charges and payment terms will be set out in the written quote, invoice or supply agreement. Website content does not establish a payment deadline or price for a particular order.

Northline accepts delivery enquiries for destinations it may be able to serve. Worldwide enquiries do not guarantee that every product can be supplied to every destination.

The written quote or supply agreement will set out the agreed destination, delivery arrangements, any applicable Incoterms, delivery estimates and allocation of transport responsibilities. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Each party remains responsible for the legal duties that apply to it. Buyers must review and follow the applicable product documentation and safety instructions, and ensure their facilities and procedures meet requirements for the receipt, handling, storage, transport and use of the products they purchase.

Product-specific safety and regulatory information will be provided or identified in the relevant quote or supply documentation where applicable.

Changes to or cancellation of an accepted order require written agreement. Any related costs, production commitments and other consequences will be handled under the applicable written supply agreement.

Because gas cylinders and other regulated goods may be subject to transport and safety requirements, do not return products without first obtaining written instructions from Northline and confirming compliant transport arrangements.

Report delivery issues or product concerns promptly using the process and time limits stated in the applicable supply agreement. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos and design, are owned by Northline Distribution or used with permission. You may use the website to review our products and services and make genuine business enquiries.

You must not reproduce or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful material.

Information you submit through the website remains yours. You permit Northline to use it to respond to your enquiry and provide any service you request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The website may link to third-party websites. Northline does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update, suspend or discontinue website features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of website content will always be complete or current.

These Terms do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any product warranty, remedy or limitation of liability for a sale must be stated in the applicable written supply agreement and applies only to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Northline is not responsible for loss arising solely from temporary website unavailability or reliance on general website information that has not been confirmed in a written quote or supply agreement.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable law. The current version will appear on this page with its updated date. Updates apply to future use of the website and do not change an accepted supply agreement unless the parties agree in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, subject to any mandatory rules that apply. The competent courts of Estonia will hear disputes concerning these Terms to the extent permitted by law.

A written supply agreement may specify different governing law or dispute terms for a particular transaction.
